RSCS' Chief Operating Officer has over 40 years experience in the ice arena industry working as an ice arena professional.

RSCS welcomes the addition of another long time professional who adds years of consulting experience in facility operations and oversight, training and budget oversight.

 

RSCS’ management has worked with all groups ranging from youth associations to Division I college to professional teams. Our staff has worked as managers and leaders and now offers services as consultants, providing over 75 years of experience in the industry.

 

RSCS' professional staff has managed facilities which turned a profit in an industry where most facilities are a subsidy.

RSCS' staff has broad experience working with volunteer organizations in community based settings and can adapt to any population base.

RSCS President and Chief Operating Officer - Specializing in Revenue generation, Budget management and superior service to both customers and municipality.

30 years as a ice arena and recreation center manager at Eden Prairie Community Center 1990-95 and Bielenberg (Healtheast) Sports Center 1995-2020.

3 years as a consultant for various private groups.

11 years experience in large ice facility operations management with the Minnesota North Stars 1979-90.
